You’ll also learn how to manage a sustainable rehearsal space and engage a cast and creative team with sustainable practices, as well as looking at different forms of ethical, environmental messaging within your work
About Relish Theatre
Relish Theatre is a sustainably-produced, new writing theatre company in London, that focuses on working with early-career artists and engaging new audiences. Their upcoming project, Acid’s Reign, is a sustainable drag-cabaret, written by James McDermott. Acid’s Reign explores how the climate crisis is an LGBTQ+ crisis, and features pop songs as green anthems, under the supervision of Joe Beighton (SIX The Musical).
Relish Theatre’s most recent project was their ACE-funded tour of Time and Tide, also by McDermott, in a co-production with Norwich Theatres. Time and Tide explored the collapse of local seaside business in the East of England. The project was sustainably produced and toured the UK in an electric vehicle sponsored by GridServe.
