OMG YOU GUYS! CURVE’S PRODUCTION OF LEGALLY BLONDE IS GOING TO SOUTH KOREA.
Curve production to play Deagu Opera House, South Korea, as part of the Deagu International Music Festival.
Curve is delighted to announce its new production of the award-winning West End and Broadway smash hit musical comedy Legally Blonde, playing at the theatre until Sat 14 May, will embark upon a two week run at Deagu Opera House in South Korea. Working with Richard Darbourne Ltd as part of the Deagu International Music Festival, the musical, directed by Curve Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, will perform internationally from 25 June to 2 July.
Curve Chief Executive, Chris Stafford, and Artistic Director, Nikolai Foster, commented:

In the last 12 months we have grown our capacity for touring work significantly and are delighted that audiences from across the globe will be able to enjoy our production of Legally Blonde The Musical – flying the flag for both Curve and Leicester on an international stage.”
Legally Blonde joins other Made at Curve productions including Hairspray, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Witches and Wipers on tour throughout the UK and signals a dramatic growth in Curve’s touring work under the new creative partnership of Chief Executive Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster.
The cast includes Lucie Jones as Elle Woods, Tupele Dorgu as Paulette, Ian Kelsey as Callahan, Jon Robyns as Emmett, Danny Mac as Warner, Natalie Hope as Brooke, Phoebe Street as Vivienne and Francesca Hoffman as Margot. The production team are Designer Matthew Wright, Choreographer Nick Winston, Orchestrator Sarah Travis, Lighting Designer Ben Cracknell, Sound Designer Tom Marshall, Casting Director Kay Magson and Musical Director Bob Broad.
