COVID-19: Shows affected by temporary closure of Curve
Please find below a full list of shows and performances that have been affected by Curve’s temporary closure. The list will advise customers on the current status on each show. This list is subject to change and will be updated regularly due to the ever-changing situation that we are all faced with.
Transferring Tickets
If you have tickets for a show that has now been rescheduled, your tickets will be automatically transferred free of charge to the new date on a like for like basis. We will contact all ticket holders by email and ask them to opt in to the automatic transfer of tickets. If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates then full refunds will be available. In addition, please be assured that if we do not have your email address, your tickets will be transferred, placed on hold and we will contact you via phone or post when the building re-opens.
New tickets for each show will be issued by post or print at home later on this year. In addition, customers will be able to collect new tickets from the Box Office when we re-open.
How To Obtain A Refund
Refunds are available for all cancelled shows. The remote Box Office team members are contacting customers in chronological order. If you haven’t heard from us yet then please be patient, as you will receive email communication containing a ticket return request form (hosted by Survey Monkey) to complete shortly. The team is working hard to reach everyone as quickly as possible. If you believe Curve doesn’t currently hold your email address on file then please email your details to tickets@curvetheatre.co.uk.
Please note some refunds cannot be processed whilst the building is closed. This includes refunds to payment cards that have now expired or been cancelled, or tickets paid for by cash or cheque. For more details on this and to read our full terms and conditions please click here.
