Kinga Malec

Kinga Malec has spent the last 15 years as a dancer, instructor and choreographer, teaching Kathak, Bhangra and semi-classical Bollywood dance. She has performed with Indialucia music band and Abhinava Dance Company in most European countries, the UK, Ireland, Israel, Turkey, Nigeria, India, Singapore, Bali, all countries in South America, Canada, Puerto Rico and USA. She has her own company, Mohini Indian Dance. In the UK she works as an independent dancer and associate artist with Sonia Sabri Company (Birmingham), Milap (Liverpool), Movema (Liverpool), Nupur Arts Dance Academy (Leicester), Center for Indian Classical Dance (Leicester) and Balbir Singh Dance Company (Leeds).

Amritha Jayakrishnan

Amritha Jayakrishnan is a performer of Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dance. She has performed on many renowned UK, European and Indian stages, including a Margazhi season of solo performances, the premiere of her new solo production Madhavi at the Soorya Festival in Trivandrum, and a solo recital for the Natyarangam monthly curation in Chennai. She also dedicates her time to creating quality spaces for dancer development, having founded London Adavu, a not-for-profit open practice space for Bharatanatyam dancers that has grown to a beautiful learning community of 250+ dancers. Amritha is currently being trained and mentored in Bharatanatyam by Guru Smt. Vidhya Subramanian.

Pallabi Basak Vijay

Pallabi Basak Vijay is an Odissi dance artist. She is a recipient of the Indian Ministry of Culture’s national scholarship. Pallabi is a disciple of Guru Smt. Poushali Mukherjee and has also received training under Guru Smt. Sutapa Talukdar/Padmashree, Guru Aruna Mohanty and Guru Gajendra Panda. She has performed at the Konark Festival, Mukhteshwar Festival, Banga Sammelan, The Bhavan, Bloomsbury Festival, Devonshire Square Festival, Yuva Nartan Festival, Indus Arts Festival, Anhad Festival, London Science Museum, London Odissi Mela and Hemantika Dance Festival. She was recently awarded an Arts Council England grant for her first solo project, World of Fantasy.

Kandyan Dancers Company

Founded by Dilini Seneviratne, the Kandyan Dancers Company is based in London and specialises in all styles of Sri Lankan dance. The company dancers have been providing curated Sri Lankan dance performances across the UK for over a decade, through event entertainment, education via classes and workshops and an annual dance showcase each Summer, NARTHANA, representing Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan performing arts.

Nupur Arts Ensemble

Introducing the Nupur Arts Ensemble, comprising Bharatanatyam artists.

Nupur Arts company dancers consist of emerging and established, highly trained artists exploring Bharatanatyam amongst many other disciplines.

Many have trained under Nupur Arts under the guidance of Guruji Smita Vadnerkar, amongst further training from Bhagya Lakshmi Thyagarajan, Shyla Rajwadha and training under the CAT (Yuva Gati) programme. The company dancers have worked with the likes of Seeta Patel, Aakash Odedra and Kamala Devam and explore their own choreography through teaching and creating their own works.
